DUST OFF THOSE COWBOY BOOTS....FALL IS HERE!

Dear Friends and Fashionistas
Fall is here and although we have been having seasonably warm days and nights... its about that time to dust off those cowboy boots. For me, it isn't autumn unless my favourite western style boots are put to good use. Whether I pair it with a pair of distressed jeans, or a shirt dress, the styling options are endless. Since I live in the country, there are many more opportunities where these boots
just fit right in. However for all you city slickers, you can still achieve this rustic fall look with the latest suede pointed booties. They look fabulous with any outfit set for the season. Don't get me wrong.... I still do love all my other fall boots.... but nothing beats a good comfy, yet chic western boot. It just feels right on your feet and if they could speak, the sure as hell would say THANK YOU. I lived in Colorado for quite a while with my children and thats when I really got introduced to the western way of living. I simply loved the feeling of throwing your comfiest distressed jeans on, a simple tee and yes of course, those cowboy boots that I was introduced to. It seemed that the more rustic and unplanned your look was... the more you just fit right into the culture. I just love that!  For me, fashion does not have to always look like you just got off a runway, often it's about how you feel in your clothes. I find most outfits reflect peoples mindsets. When you are dressed relaxed, you often feel more at ease, more able to take on the world with a whole different demeanour. Your attitude alters and the way you see the world changes. So to sum it up, country living is surely not for everyone, however it is a place where one can live in harmony with nature. One can find themselves with a more clear mindset. It's a place I call home and could never see myself anywhere else

So Lets ring in the Autumn by mimicking nature's colors that surround us. Let the foliage be your color palette this season with rustic browns, burgundy reds, burnt orange and gold.
